O Samoa o le 'au'upega e ma'ai uma ona itu e lua
Hi, my name is Mavaega Jr Ronnie Fuimaono was born on April 23, 1991 at Faga’alu LBJ Medical Center. I lived in the beautiful island of Olosega Manu’a and reside in the village of Petesa-Tai Tafuna. Actually, I’m one of a member of youth and choir in Petesa-Tai. Being a part of a choir and participate in every church activities are important to my life. With our Sunday school, I’m teaching several bible lessons as well. Staying with my proud parental; Mavaega and Togamoevao Puletasi Fuimaono, with siblings, my one and only brother Anthony, and six brilliant beautiful sisters; Faalua, Eterei, Elevira, Tise, Seira and Eveline.
Currently, I work for the Department of Education at the High School level at Tafuna High School. Teaching Samoan studies and I’m also one of the senior class advisors. During my first year at my teaching job has given me the great opportunity to explore important things and meet with a lot of new faces at the school.
Since 1993-1994, which I started on my preschool level, then I went on to Lupelele Elementary School around 1995. I attended in 9th grader at Tafuna High School on 2006 then graduated on 2009. I’ve got several awards during those times. On the same year, I went on to ASCC Community College right out from High School. On December at fall 2011, I finally graduated.
With all these years, I had been struggling and focused through all my school studies and homework’s. Education is not my major but I still decided to take this opportunity as a Teacher or work in our government to help out my parents because of a financial situations. In addition, I intend to further my education in our island for another two years.
